08:11 pm - 52 cals left am starting to get hungry now an none of my girls seem to be online to chat too so am gona log off an drink more water an get an early nite
am really pleased for sticking to my cals today dot want to go ruining it now, an need to figure out what am doin food wise when am at my mums tomoz ;o/????? i just dont know what to do what to do what to do arghhhhhhhhhhhh its startin to give me a headache thinkin about it

aww that'll be good hun, av got 2 other girls on it belle an queen if you wanna mesage an add them i think were gona do weigh days on fridays starting tomoz, that way if any of us av a bad weekend we have 5 days to make up for it ;op
so if you wanna send me your stats an any diet your on or pills your taking, just so we can see if anythin works better than others that would be great, am gona see if i can do some sort of table of us xx
you need to find low cal snacks!
now personally being a total potato fiend I get instant smash from asda. It's smart price and it's only 15p a bag and i think a portion is like 100 cals... so thats a bag full!
or if ur a choc fiend theres LOADS of chocs for 100 cals or less... i personally do rocky's for 107!
and quavers and other lighter crisps for under 100 cals!
if you wanna get under 100 cals that slice of weight watchers brown bread... toasted and thinly spread low cal butter/marg is 44 per slice plus say... 10 for spread!!
a portion of mixed frozen veg is about 57 cals (mine is asda dunno whether others are different?)
also ICE LOLLIES!!! i know it sounds mad but whenever im hungry i'll just have an ice lolly!
theres quite a few "unhealthy" looking treats you can get tho that really arent that bad! it's enough to stop you going mad when ur hungry lol!
aww thanks for all them suggestions hun i usually av quavers but 87 would av taken me over after avin the yoghurt an raspberries, so far so good i had a herbal laxative tea instead an gona go to bed in about 10 mins too, i love ice lollies not had any in for ages but might take a look for some low cal ones, av been tryin to resist temptation of bad foods coz i' be worried i wouldnt stop ;o( hows things with you hun x
im ok just getting a bit slow at the moment! but once im home (15 days!!!) im gonna make use of scales, excercise bike, and hopefully get wii fit! |
