03:04 pm - finally uploaded a pic hey there thought i would add a pic of myself, this was taken last june as a bridesmaid the only time av ever been asked an i was at my highest weight 209lbs ;o[ i wouldnt mind but i had lost 14lbs in 2 weeks about a month prior to the wedding date but managed to gain it all back i was so gutted!!!!
i have also done a virtual model to help keep me motivated, i am gona try an update my photos as am goin along as an incentive for me to stay on track
 this is my goal weight 116 (audrina patridge weight) and my current weight 201
i was wondering if any of you would like to do a weekly weigh in of some sort as a way of us stayin focused an helpin each other along???? any suggestions as weekly or monthly goals would be great, we could then also compare which diets are the most effective an also any pills an exercise were doin an get an overall idea of what seems to be the most effective
p.s please be kind about the pics, i dont mind criticism but nothin thats gona make me want to eat (comfort eat) ;o[

i agree with the prev. comment. like me, and marilyn and beyonce...lmao, we were born very shapely. which isnt a bad thing, but quite good. its comforting to know that when we do reach our goals, we'll still look 'womanly' and feminine. i like this sort of thin (112 ish), as opposed to curve free thin http://www.therawfoodsite.com/images/beyonce_after_master_cleans.jpgloves the color of that dress!
i love having curves an i do keep them as i start losing weight which is good the only thing is a lose from my top half first making my bum an hips even bigger ;o[ but it eventually catches up lol x

aww thank you hun av been panicing all day about the response i would get but everyones been so nice ;o)
Don't be discouraged I also have a long way to go to reach my goal! I recently lost 13 pounds which makes my current weight 210 :(! But I am coming aloong just fine my highest was 230 when I was pregnant with my twins! So I would love to do weekly weigh ins with you, I did my weight yesterday. So just send me a message and we'll figure out just how we are going to do this.
