well its been a terrible week av not exercised all week an fell off the wagon loads this week ;o[
av been lookin for pics to keep me going, i need to get back on track av got a party on friday which i wanted to lose 14lbs for so far av lost 8 so av really got to get focused this week, av got my pump back so am blowing up my ball an doin the gunner peterson vids this week along side doin my bike an the exercises av found on you tube (fingers crossed am defo defo defo gona do it this week)

 jessica alba  audrina i just love her found out shes 116lbs does anyone know her height???  heidi klum i admire her after losing her baby weight in 9weeks  katie am really startin to love her style an i just love that belt  eva coz i would love to be able to wear dresses
heres hopin today goes well av not eaten so far just dramk water an green tea find i can control it better when i dont eat rather than when i allow my self to strange strange world xx

im the same way. sometimes fasting is a hell of a lot easier than restricting. lovely thinspo, i love alba, klum, and holmes!!! |
