i watched the louise redknapp programme again yesterday on you tube (30 day crash diet to size 0) an what annoyed me was when jamie(her husband) said that he doesnt know any men that like skinny women!!!???!!! hello his team mate is david beckham!!!

also when england are playin an the papers print the pics of the wags(wives and girlfriends) there all so slim so how can he say that men dont like skinny girls, plus all the skinny/slim girls i see are walking round with boyfriends!!!

and also louise is so hypocritical coz shes complaining how girls are harming themselves by crash dieting/eating disorders an the whole time she was doin the crash diet she was presenting the clothes show, so how can she have a go at the girls when the industry she is working for are the ones promoting size zero encouraging us to aspire to this????

i really want to watch this video...i searched "louise redknapp" but found other videos...not the one you speak of...sorry to ask..but hoping you can post the link...i could use any good tips..the woman does sound totally hypocritical...never heard of her here in the states...

there are good tips but her attitude is just condesending so dont pay to much to her

weekend diet wise starts ok then goes off scale so today am just avoiding eating for as long as i can its the only way i dont go mad on food, but av got to go my folks later for dinner an they like to fill the plate, so when i go in sayin i only want this amount of this an that they start freakin out like its a big deal, i was tryin to educate my mum on portion sizes the other day an explainin that you dont have to fill the entire plate for a good meal she just laughs an doesnt get it lol
