This week weren't so great, went on a downer over them photos but thankfully with the help and support from you all i have lost the gained weight and an extra pound so am happy with my weight loss today, i have tried to cut myself a bit of slack an it seems to be goin well, am not denying myself anythin just having smaller portions of the meal that way i have no excuse to overeat an gorge on the food i feel am missing
So can you all send me your weigh-in for the week an i can amend the table

I was 148 when I weighed myself last week and I still am this week!! Even though I've been working out and eating less. :(
Don't worry so much about the weight hun have you tried measuring yourself coz it could be inches your losing with working out at the gym instead of weight for the time being ;o) x
And, good job for picking yourself back up after a hard week!! :) |
