10:11 am - feeling tired but proud the last 3 days of exercising has fooked me out, am gona miss this morning an make up for it tonight

Hey, got your message. Thanks for friending me back :) I'd love it if you added me to that chart you've got goin on.... I'll weight in tomorrow, even though I know I won't have lost any weight in 2 days :( Get some rest before you start exercising again...may just some sit ups, stretching, light running/jogging tomorrow? Are you alternating which days you work each muscle group? I initally made the mistake of doing upper and lower body in the same day, and I looked about half retarded the next day I was so sore. Hope everything is going ok! When should I send you my stats tomorrow?
its ok about the weight loss you can miss it this week unless if you know how much you've lost an then i will put it in chick
i dnt know how t split the groups i tend to do all over body i think, i do cardio then full body workout on my ball, its only my abs an bum that hurt my arms have been ok my thighs twinge a bit
send your stats so as you've weighed yourself hun, think am the only one in the uk in the group so am up before all you girls, if you could send in the morning, your morning that would be great, add the other girls in the challenge too hun they've all added each other as well just send a message sayin its thru me for the challenge an they will friend you back xx |
