09:36 pm - Feelin Good I av been commtted to exercising the past 3 days
monday 50 mins bike / 40 mins core workout in the morning 30 mins bike eveing
tuesday 1hr bike / 30 mins core workout
an today av done 1 hrs bike / 45 mins core in the morning an just done another hour tonight on the bike am so made up with myself for it
av been doin interval training too on the bike started off with 1 minute @ 7 2 minutes@ 5 all the way thru an tonight i was that pumped i was doin 2 mins@ 7 2 mins@ 5 now it doesnt sound long but when your doin after about 30 mins it really starts to get hard but its so with the pain in my bum hahhaha the seat frickin kills av had to sit on a cushion today whilst doin it!!

im so jealous. i never exercise bc i dont have the energy in the morning. how do you do it? if i did id prob lose more. whats your secret???

i read that you burn 300 times more cals if you exercise before breakfast, so i decided that when i dropped thomas off at nursery i would exercise, so were up between 6.30-7am drop him off at nursery for 8.45 an the school is right on my door step so i rush back do my stuff shower an go back for him for 11.45, i wrote up a weekly rota for us an so far its been really good, thomas has been goin to bed about 6.45pm an then i chill for a bit an try an do some more exercise's an make sure am in bed by 10.30 so am good to go the next day x |
