Today started off good banana an yoghurt for brekkie, 
dropped thomas off at nursery got stuck in to my exercises, 
done 50 mins on bike an 40 mins core dvd, 
had fish an veg for dinner, came on here an put all my stuff in to dailyplate an coz the amount went up for calories coz of the exercise
my mind went beserk!!! 

i thought i'll treat myself for exercising little pack of crisps 60 cals.... turns in to3 packs an 3 cream eggs thru out the day knowing they were in the cupboard i had to have them an coz i werent goin over cals on TDP thought whats the harm........ 

then i get to 8pm start feeling really shitty an cryin an everythin for cavin an had a herbal lax tea followed by 3 laxatives as well an got back on my bike for 30 mins to help me feel better, but ya know what it hasnt, i wont feel happy until tomoz when av weighed myself an pray the scale doesnt go up!!!!!

plus this is the week before my period an am craving everythin arghhhhhh why did i have to gove in i have no control once i start 

an tomoz am meant to be seein my friend who has just had her baby an she wants me to call around 11 which is the time av allocated for my exercises so i have to shorten it  in the mornin an do more either once av got thomas or in the evening.. why does life have to get in the way of tryin to make a better you so that you can have a fab life ;o(

rant over am off to shower an bed hope your all doin better than me especially my girls who are doin the challenge ;op xx t

i have lost an ounce today. sadly. i gues im at an early plateu as far as the challenge goes. i should weigh myself 2 times a week instead of daily.

for those period craving allow yourself 100 cal pack of candy:twix, resses waffers, or 3 musketeers. you wont feel deprived and will satisfy that period chocolate crave. just some advie.

thanks hun i have been finding low cal treats but its just learning to stop at one in stead of 5 lol but am back on track today thanks for the help xx

p.s i dont think we have them treats over here hun ;o) x

hun dont beat urself up about it! be conscious of it but dont deprive yourself and yes it is period time! dont indulge, but in small quantities;) <33 itll be ok!

Don't let it get you down. We all have our days... and you just have to let it push you to be better. When I'm about to binge I always try to remeber how bad I felt after it the time before, ya know?? Just keep up your good work!! <3
