well i didnt crack last nite which am happy about i love waking up the morning after a day of being good, 

well i realised last nite that i have 9 weeks until the hen nite am goin on an need to lose as much as possible cant believe av wasted the last 3 weeks not sticking to it, plus i am due on next week so am not happy abou tthat

so far so good this morning, my son is back at nursery today so am just gona try an stay strong, think i might pass on goin my mums coz i dont wanna eat bad, av got friends comin round after so am gona use that as the excuse for not goin

gona look at some pics then clean up for tonight keep myself busy ;op

p.s can belle, queen an sara send me your stats, i know your all probably still in bed at the min lol can you include any diet your doin, pills your taking and anythin else you think is relevent an i'll try an do a table of it all, so we'll do weigh ins on fridays, also would any of you wanna set targets for example 8lbs in 4 weeks or somethin, or just try to lose as much as possible??? just tryin to think of ideas that will help keep us motivated xx

but I think 8lbs in 4 weeks is a good idea!! I want to lose weight before May 28, for vacation. I don't take any vitamins or diet pills or anything, just fiber pills sometimes. No diet right now, just a lot of protein. I need to work out, but I haven't. :( So, I'm think about joining a gym to motivate me...

oh and by the way, great gob for eating well!! i know night time is hard!! we just have to remember how good it feels the next day. :)
